How and where is customer data stored?

  1. In an Azure sql database and Azure Blobs.
  2. Policy: Customer Users’ content will not be processed or stored on a dedicated server or in a segregated location, separate from the servers or locations where other users’ content is processed or stored. Argyle will make reasonable efforts consistent with industry standards to protect the privacy of Customer and Customer Users and the security/integrity of Customer data transmitted through the Tech Stack. Company will not access or disclose the personal information or content of Customer Users, except as necessary to comply with applicable laws and governmental orders or requests, to provide the Services, to operate or maintain its systems, or to protect itself or the Customer Users. In all such instances, unless prohibited from doing so by law, Company will provide written notice to Customer prior to accessing or disclosing such information.

What geographic location is customer data stored?

  1. North America with redundancy, Jan 2024

Is data encrypted in transit and at rest?

  1. Yes. Customer Data is encrypted in transit and at rest in our Azure cloud.
  2. Customers’ local data encryptions depend upon their device and its settings. The data is stored in the standard local application data location with no additional encryption applied by default.
  3. Local encryption is a premium implemented for a fee or for a large contract labeled premium implementation.

How does Argyle control access to customer systems and data by Argyle employees or its contractors?

  1. Customer data can only be accessed internally by global administrators (C-level). Other employees and contractors are given their own data buckets to use and manage for testing, much like a customer.
  2. An implementation where Argyle global admins do not have access would be a premium implementation, contact Sales for custom pricing.

What single sign-on support does Argyle offer customers?

  1. Premium option, contact Sales for custom pricing.

Does Argyle send email messages on our behalf - how do these appear?

  1. We do not send email messages on Customers’ behalf.
  2. When we add invites and RFI sharing, it will be labeled as sent by Argyle.

What activities are captured in the application and available to us in logs?

  1. App session activities quantified without specifics. By request during this stage. Examples:
    1. Distance traveled and distance aligned, but not location.
      1. Used to measure success of Argyle alignment technology.
    2. Number and category of objects loaded (for performance metrics) but not what they are.
    3. User account and project name.
    4. Time in session.
    5. Crash logs.
    6. NO video or audio feeds are stored as of Argyle Jan 2024. Customer may access them on the device
