Procore Integration Setup for Argyle

The Procore Integration for Argyle Build streamlines field operations by enabling seamless synchronization between both platforms. When installed, this integration automatically creates an "Argyle Build" album in Procore Photos and establishes a dedicated "Argyle" observation type. Users can capture images in Argyle with hologram overlays, which are then automatically uploaded to the designated Procore album. Additionally, observations created in Argyle sync directly to Procore, where they can be further edited and managed.

This integration is designed to work one-way from Argyle to Procore, only handling observations that originate from Argyle Build. It does not affect or interact with existing Procore observations, maintaining a clear separation between Argyle-generated content and standard Procore content. This focused approach ensures reliable synchronization while preserving the integrity of existing Procore data.

Prerequisites

• You must have Admin-level permissions on the Company-level Directory tool in Procore.
• You must have Owner-level permissions on the Organization in Argyle
• The user's email must match between the Procore account and the Argyle Account for OAuth

Step 1: Install the Argyle Custom App in Procore

1. Sign in to your Procore account
2. Navigate to Company Settings > App Management
3. Click Install App, then choose Custom App
4. Enter the following App Key: db270c7f-ab14-4776-af9b-0358e6bc75f5
5. Complete the installation process

Step 2: Connect Procore in Argyle

1. Sign in to the Argyle Portal as an Org Owner
2. Go to Organization > Settings > Integrations
3. Click Connect to Procore and complete the OAuth authentication flow

Step 3: Link Argyle Org to Procore Company

In Argyle in the Org Settings, after authentication, select your Procore Company to link it with your Argyle Organization.

Step 4: Link Argyle Projects to Procore Projects
